THERE IS NO CABAL

The hidden power, revealed

THERE IS NO CABAL

Every system eventually gets blamed on a shadow government a handful of people, unseen, who benefit no matter what happens to everyone else. This renders that idea literally: oil-slick figures fused at the seams, orchestrating rites for others to perform without ever explaining why. The ritual is never really for the person doing it, it's for the ones watching, unseen, who collect what it produces.

An offering gets made. An exchange gets sealed. Nobody involved can quite say what they've agreed to, only that refusing felt impossible.

The cabal doesn't hide. It just needs you to perform the ritual before you notice who it's really for.

PROCESS

Each piece began as a still in Seedream 4 + KREA 2, iterated until the right unsettling shape emerged. From there, Hermes Agent (running on Opus 4) wrote the motion prompts, translating a static image into language a video model could animate. Runway's Seedance 2 generated ten takes per prompt, same input, ten different hallucinations, and the strongest results were pulled into Adobe Premiere and cut into seamless loops.

Several of those loops were then run back through a datamosh pipeline, corrupting the compressed frames until the figures started to run like wet paint. Every twitch, melt, and impossible transformation is the model's own interpretation of "hidden control," a phrase it clearly finds as gooey and unstable as we do.
